COVID-19

Due to the pandemic, everyone is required to wear a facemask when getting serviced until further notice.  I care about the safety of my clients. That is why I ask you to be considerate and reschedule your appointment if you are sick.  Thank you for your cooperation. 
 

BOOKING

If you are taking any acne medication such as Accutane, Retinol, Retin-A, Tretinoin or Alpha Hydroxy Acid, please stop taking them 2 weeks prior to getting your face waxed.  Your skin will be prone to lifting.  You also cannot get waxed if you are sunburnt as your skin is already sensitive.

Your hair has to be 1/4 inch or at least 3 weeks worth of hair growth in order for you to get waxed.  If your hair is short, you will have to reschedule.

There could only be one client in the room at a time when getting waxed.  There will be no children allowed in the room at this time.

 

CANCELLATIONS

- If you cancel or reschedule your appointment *24 hours BEFORE* your appointment date, you will **NOT** get charged the non-refundable cancellation fee.

- If you cancel or reschedule the day of  your appointment, **YOU WILL GET CHARGED** 50% of the service price

I  understand that things happen but I use this policy to offset the lost income for the time I set aside for your appointment. This ensures that my bottom-line isn’t affected by unexpected no-shows or last-minute cancellations.  In the event an emergency arises, please contact me.  I will waive the fee and find a time for rescheduling.

 

NO-SHOWS

Keep in mind that as a small business, every “no-show” hurts.  A missed appointment is a slot that another client could have booked.  In this case, you will be charge a non-refundable 50% of your service total ONLY if you no-show for your appointment date with  NO COMMUNICATION.
