- To hold an appointment you will be required to put a credit/debit card on file. Your card will only be charged in the event that you do not follow our cancel/no-show policy.
- We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours BEFORE your appointment date or you may be charged a cancellation fee of 50% of your service total.

By booking an appointment, you have agreed to our booking policies.  A 50% CANCELLATION FEE will be charged if you cancel on the day of your appointment!!!

- If you have multiple services and you decided to cancel ONE or MORE services on the day of your appointment, you will be charged 50% of the service(s) amount due to the time slot being taken.


- Keep in mind that as a small business, every “no-show” hurts.  A missed appointment is a slot that another client could have booked.  
All no-shows will be charged a 100% fee and will be prohibited from booking future appointments.

- Please refrain from bringing children in the suite due to safety reasons.

- You will receive a text message on the day of your appointment with the instructions on how to get in the building so please make sure the phone number in your Vagaro account is up to date or it's the RIGHT number.  DO NOT PUT A RANDOM NUMBER.
- Please do not bring another person with you UNLESS you are a minor.  Only a parent is allowed to come in to sign a parental consent for you before you get waxed. 
 Only one client can be in the suite at the time of service.
- In order to receive a Bikini or Brazilian wax, you must be at least 17 years or older.

Please wait in your car and TEXT ME when you arrive. I will let you know when to walk up to the entrance once I'm ready for you. If I don't respond I am still with a client. 


- You have a 15 minute grace period before you're considered late.  Keep in mind that I need time to wax you and if you're more than 15 minutes late for your service, we might not be able to accommodate you. In this case, the same cancellation fee will apply and a 50% fee from your service total will be charged from the card on file. We will do our very best to reschedule your service for another time that is convenient to you the same day.
Please be considerate of other clients after you.  You wouldn't want to wait longer than your scheduled time just because the client before you were late do you?

- I know that life, sickness and emergencies can happen but all I ask is that you reschedule or cancel 24 hours BEFORE so your reservation time can be filled.

- If you have purchased a package and booked an appointment, please try your best to show up.  If you need to make changes, please try to do it 24 hours prior to your appointment.

Before Making An Appointment
- Your hair has to be 1/4 inch or at least 3 weeks worth of hair growth in order for you to get waxed. If your hair is short, you will have to reschedule.
- You can get waxed during your menstrual as long as you have a tampon and you can get waxed during p
regnancy.  Keep in mind you will be sensitive during your wax.
- You cannot get waxed if you're sunburnt
- If you are currently using any of the following prescription medications, you cannot receive a waxing service. Discontinue use of these medications for a minimum of three (3) months prior to waxing. The exception is Accutane: You must be off this medication for a minimum of one (1) year prior to waxing.
These medications are designed to exfoliate, weakens the skin and will be prone to lifting.
